Now our folks in Washington are trying to figure how the already overburdened taxpayer can scrape up a few more dollars to “Compensate” good teachers! This will only be another game of favorites. The first issue with our public school system is to get the professional students out of it! Let people experienced in managing something take management responsibilities of the system. Step two; get rid of the teachers not performing! Finally, do away with the phoney test requirements set in washington.

We continue to hear the republicans in the house whine and moan about the latest stimulation packege now being signed. You guys really don’t get it? Maybe if your salaries and perk packages went away just like so many Americans have suffered, you’d understand!
It seems to me if an elected representative is not re-elected, You’ve been fired!!!
Just like the rest of us you don’t get retirement, you don’t get benefits!!! Etc.Etc.

Here we go again with yet another “Stimulus Package” First of all, anyone who has a structured repayment plan in place with the IRS will not get the money they need to stimulate the economy!!! the IRS will seize it in violation of any repayment agreement. No other organization can step outside of a payment plan only the IRS. Want to stimulate the economy? step one; get the IRs under control!

OK, Freezing salaries; good start, closing guantanamo; Bad idea! closing our military bases adversly affects the local enocomies and sends the wrong message we cannot supprot our own defense.
OK! The proof is in the pudding! We can’t forget all of the promises we were given during the campaign. The American public must hold this guy’s feet to the fire! All too often in the past we just sat idly by while all of the promises made during a campaign were ignored, remember: It’s time for change!

Stop wasting the taxpayer’s money!! Let the UAW and the detroit auto makers work out their problems. Their union contracts are outrageous and they continue to expect the American Public to maintain their life style.
Concentrate on bailing out the American Taxpayer, rather than individual businesses. We can’t afford to buy new cars anyway!
