All we’ve been hearing from our candidates is all of these changes they are proposing. How each will change the country. Three out of four have been in the United states senate for several years. Where have they been? Why haven’t they proposed any of these changes until now? Why did all of them wait until now to attempt help the American Taxpayer? We can’t afford any additional taxes or word games resulting in higher or additional taxes. Obviously our representatives can’t manage our money.

Now the entire country is aware AIG company sqwandered $400,00.00 Tax dollars on a retreat for the executive staff, What is the United states Government going to do about this outrageous expense of Taxpayer funds????

Earlier today, our Elected representatives voted to approve a bill rescuing the mis-managed businesses housed on Wall Street. Regardless of the reasoning involved as to why this should be done, our representatives seem to have lost sight of the project at hand. The ridiculous attached tax breaks for remote business ventures is disgraceful and insulting to the American Taxpayer.

Although some of these issues, such as tax deductions for our teachers purchasing supplies for their classes, are paramount, today’s bill is not the place for addressing the issue.

When will our Elected Representatives actually pass legislation with the American Taxpayer foremost in the decision making process?

When will our Elected Representatives actually represent the American taxpayer ?

• When does Congress plan on reigning in the IRS?
• When does Congress plan on addressing the detrimental credit reporting processes?
• When do the Elected representatives of this country begin polling their constituents and acting accordingly?

The passing of today’s legislation is an insult to the American Taxpayer, we deserve and demand tighter controls on the financial community.

Time to call it what it is!

Again the Federal Government has chosen to fund mismanaged businesses holding the country hostage, This was done with little consideration for the American Taxpayer, we are still in the dumper! Congress has taken no steps to protect our livelihood.

Why in the world would anyone listen to an actor telling you who to vote for? These people have more money than they can count, housed in off shore banks where it’s untouchable, and just want the working poor to fund all of these feel good programs the out of control government wants in place.

Once again we are witnessing our elected officials failing to properly represent us! Now they want more included in the economic bailout package, just demonstrating how out of touch these folks really are!

Home foreclosures are out of control because our law makers failed to address the foreclosure problem in this country years ago!

Throughout this country, judges at the lowest levels of Government, continue to issue search warrants to police departments, again at the municipal levels of government. Frequently, the resulting search provides nothing short of thousands of dollars in damages to the home owner, with nothing found to support the peoples case. This process is outrageous, obviously these lower levels of government are not capable of conducting themselves in a responsible manner. The issuing judges are not held responsible for their actions nor are the policing authority conducting the search. This process must stop!

To curb this problem, Search Warrants must be elevated to a state or Federal judge for issuance of a search warrant, remove it from the hands of the municipal judges who apparently have no regard for the citizens and taxpayers in their jurisdiction.

The next step is to hold the municipality requesting the search, financially responsible for any and all damages done, during the search, when no evidence is found as a result of that search.

The indiscriminate use of search warrants must stop! We the Taxpaying citizens of this country cannot tolerate these invasions.
