Wake up folks! Hasn’t this country had enough of the Clintons? This is just a board game to them! The American people were stuck with Bill Clinton for eight years. Bill Clinton never won a presidential election! he just didn’t loose! Clearly over 60% of the Americans going to the polls in both elections did not vote for Bill Clinton. Enough is Enough!
Too Much Government!

The State of Ohio has just passed legislation to limit the taxpayers access to the cash in advance loan businesses. It is clearly not the business of the state government to limit our access to any loan program. Legislators should be getting involved in the banks operating in the state rather than forcing their opinions and controls on the taxpayers! Way too much government!!
National Speed Limit!

August 19, 2008
Now the federal government is considering a national speed limit of 55 miles per hour! Congress can’t seem to agree on anything of importance but now they’re worried about how fast we go on our highways! We really need control of these folks!

The polls are starting, who will win, landslide or a slight margin? Hopefully everyone will realize the importance of getting out and voting this November. We can’t have two votes without the first one. No Matter what you think, your vote counts. Please do it!
Search Warrants

A Berwyn Heights Maryland Mayor, Mayor Cheye Calvo’s home was mistakenly invaded by the local police department. The Mayor’s pet dogs were shot by the police without cause. Welcome to small town America! This behaviour Cannot be excused. This behaviour occurrs all over America, and Must be stopped. Small town police departments are out of control and MUST be held responsible for their actions. Additionally, the judges signing these search warrants must also he held resonsible for their actions.
Just another out of control small town police department wanting to use their swat gear! Was it too much trouble to determine just who’s house they were invading?
Taxes

Both candidates continue talking about taxes. Taxing the oil companies for their profits, taxing this, taxing that, on & on. When are the elected officials going to take control of the taxing office in this country? The Internal Revenue Service is entirely out of control. Paying taxes to this government is NOT my primary responsibility, taking care of my family and property is top on my list. Get the IRS under control!
Credit Reporting

Dear Representative
Enough has been said regarding the Mortgage crisis in this country. The focus is aimed at the lenders predatory practices coupled with mortgage brokers and lenders questionable practices.
The Lawmakers of this country, have neglected to identify one of the major causes of the financial breakdown taxpayers of this country suffer, which is the credit reporting agencies. An inadequate level of controls and monitoring on these agencies is simply unacceptable. The mathematical algorithm used to calculate credit scores is deliberately designed to drive an individuals credit score down, rather than accurately displaying credit capabilities. Credit scores are driven down for Credit applications made, residence changes, Too much credit availability or too little credit available. This system is ridiculous and is designed to one thing, drive the individual credit score down, thereby providing a bank, mortgage company, or other lender, an excuse to charge higher interest rates, or direct the borrower into a “Predatory” type of loan.
Credit reports are frequently inaccurate while the individual finds themselves responsible for getting the report corrected, which will take at least two months and more than likely considerably longer, meanwhile the borrower is loosing out on the purchase of a car, home or other major purchase.
Negative credit items follow the borrower for seven to ten years, this time frame is outrageous, considering Our government releases known felons in less time.
This organization finds the inattention to implementing adequate controls on credit reporting simply unacceptable. As a result, the following changes need to be imposed on all credit reporting agencies:
- Each agency is to be held financially responsible for the accuracy of each credit report issued. An error obviously has caused the borrower damage, and the borrower should not be required to prove the damage.
- Any time a change is entered on a person’s report, a copy of the report is to be sent to the borrower with changes highlighted.
- Derogatory entries are to be tracked for two years not seven.
- When an entry is challenged, it is to be removed from the report until verified, verification is the responsibility of the agency, the borrower cannot prove they did NOT do something, the agency must prove it is the correct person and report.
The grief American Taxpayers endure through this system is disgraceful, this system has come to rule our lives and requires entirely too much time and expense to monitor.
Sincerely,
We The People

Congress vacation?

OK, Congress left last Friday for a five week vacation! The Democrats being in control went home, Republicans are in place asking the speaker to recall congress to complete the business at hand. If the congress was controlled by the Republican Party, would they have taken the same position? Is this just a show? Personally, I’m pretty fed up with this petty bickering. The federal government claims to be concerned about the racial problems in this country, but they can’t play nice amongst themselves!
